OUR DONOR FAMILY
Perrin-410 Animal Hospital is one of the only hospitals in San Antonio with an on-site blood bank. We currently have both donor dogs and cats who reside in our hospital fulltime, and would like to dedicate this portion of our website to sharing their stories and some great pictures with you. Without them we could not provide our clients critically ill pets with much needed plasma and whole blood when needed.
We currently have four cats and five dogs residing with us at P410. Our kitties are Scarface, Bubba Sparks, Mr. Gucci, and Zoe Anne. Our donor dogs are Tyson, Hector, LeRoy, Rodan, and Merlyn. Each animal was either abandoned or given to us by a client who could no longer care for them. Our greyhounds were given to us by a Greyhound Rescue Organization here in south Texas. All of our donor animals have given the gift of life to many of our sick and injured client's pets who have been hospitalized at Perrin-410 Animal Hospital over the years. We love them like our own and want you to know what a wonderful service they perform, and how some day one of them might aid in saving your pet's life too.
