Appointment Policy

Your pets health concerns are very important to us, and we try to accommodate all our clients and take each and every concern or problem very seriously.  We ask that for routine appointments you call and schedule a time to come in to see one of our doctors.  We strive to see every patient in a timely manner; however, all emergency cases shall receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. 

Payment Policy

We expect full payment at the time of services.  We take Care Credit, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks as form of payment.  We can provide you with an estimate of services, please ask our staff during your appointment.  We do not offer individual payment plans presently at our hospital.  If special financing is needed, please visit www.carecredit.com and apply online.
